Stanleys in the New World

This was one of the first colonies settled by the Stanley family. Here is a list of researchers who have ancestors from this part of the world. I'm sure these people would like to hear from you, please mention where you saw the link to their web site.

One of the first English settlers in North America was Thomas Stanley the Quaker. He settled in New Kent county, Virginia, his origins remain uncertain contrary to many spurious reports in various places on the internet.
